HPL are made using several volume of sheets of kraft paper impregnated with thermosetting resins bonded in high pressure process & color sheet of decorative paper impregnated with melamine resins applied to one or both surfaces.

WORKING WITH COMPOSITE LUMBER IS SIMILAR TO WORKING WITH WOOD .
Composite lumber is a material that is a mixture of wood fiber, plastic (high-density polyethylene (HDPE), polystyrene (PS) and PET plastic as well as mixed plastics) and some type of binding agent.

However, composite lumber has the added benefit of being less likely to split or delaminate. Some composite lumber is also engineered to be lighter weight for easier handling. Composite lumber is also more stain, scratch, and mold resistant, and is therefore supposed to have a longer life than wood lumber.
WPC Decking
Composite lumber comes from the manufacturer as a finished product. There is no need to stain, sand, or paint the material. Composite materials usually cost more than lumber, but their long life and low-maintenance requirements could make them more economical in the long run. Many composites are often made partially out of recycled plastics and waste wood, such as Trex Decking, which makes them an environmentally friendly, efficient use of resources.

The claddings can be used for internal and external applications and due to the thermotreatment the durability and stability of the wood is increased and make it sustainable and environment friendly product which is perfect for areas where healthy building material is desired.
The same appeal to Thermotreated decking also where it is exposed to sunlight and water constantly but never under threat due to the thermotreated property.
Thermo Pine Decking, thermo wood is been generated from a heat treatment process which improves the durability and stability of boards. It is free from resins and chemicals, that are not been used during the production process also it has increased durability against decay meeting with the weather condition.
The Thermo Wood is generally been produced at a temperature of 185-220 degree Celsius where the process is based on high temperature volume and water steam. Thermowood decking gets adjustable with the atmosphere as with hot it does not feel as hot and in cold conditions it does not feel as cold.
